How It Works
When should I have ember?
Eat 1 or 2 gummies whenever you need energy or focus. Ember can replace your afternoon coffee, tea, energy drink or energy supplement.
How many should I eat?
We recommend starting with either 1 or 2 gummies, depending on your sensitivity to caffeine. Try ember at any time of day, with or without food.
How long before I feel an effect?
It depends on each person, but the effects of caffeine can be felt in as little as 15 minutes.
How much caffeine is safe?
For healthy adults, the FDA has stated that up to 400 milligrams a day is not generally associated with dangerous, negative effects.
Note: Results may vary as there is considerable variation in each person’ (i) sensitivity to the effects of caffeine and (ii) speed with which he/she metabolizes (break down) caffeine.
